ASHIATSU ORIENTAL BAR THERAPY

The word Ashiatsu ("ashi" means foot and "atsu" means pressure) is an ancient form of body work using deep compression, creating the deepest form of massage. Performed barefoot and on a massage table while the therapist holds onto bars attached to the ceiling, you will experience the deepest, most luxurious massage ever. This massage is not for the timid.

RELAXATION OR SWEDISH MASSAGE

This relaxing Swedish massage will ease you into an indulging state of mind. Through long, even strokes you will experience improved circulation and relief from muscle tension. If you desire deeper work, this treatment is not recommended.

EXPECTING MOTHER MASSAGE

A soothing relaxation massage for women in their second and third trimester. This massage improves circulation, lymphatic drainage and soothes tired muscles.

PIN AND MOVE MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

This massage incorporates Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
P&M Myofascial Release Therapy eliminates pain by balancing the body's integrity.

HOT LAVA STONES

This massage involves heated Basalt Lava stones that warm the client's muscles, allowing a much deeper working of the tissues than a conventional massage. Stones are chosen to correspond to specific parts of the body, oil is smoothed onto the client and the stone is then worked along the skin in place of the therapist's hand. It is said that one stroke of the stone is equivalent to ten of the hand, which benefits both client and therapist.
